After-Hours Protocol

If you need to contact the Clark County Combined Health District after business hours, please call 937-390-5600. Callers may either leave a message for a specific extension (press # to listen to the company directory for an extension) or press 5 if you have a public health emergency. Pressing 5 will prompt you to leave a message, which is then forwarded to the appropriate staff member for response.  These calls are answered as promptly as possible.
