Vision Assistance Programs

Is your vision suffering, but you’re too strapped for cash to have your eyes examined? We have partnered with Northridge Lions Club and Springfield National Trail Lions Club in order to provide funds for eye exams and eyeglasses for people experiencing financial need.  We also utilize Prevent Blindness Ohio programs for some individuals based on need.

Contact us today at 937-390-5600 to conduct an intake interview. We will match you with the best vision assistance program for your individual needs. After a documented verbal interview, the application will be sent in to the appropriate program for review. If approved, CCCHD will contact you by phone or mail to indicate where you should call to make an appointment to have your eyes examined, free of charge!
