Moms & Babies First

Moms & Babies First is a free, voluntary home visiting program for African American women to help you have a healthy pregnancy and baby. Early and continuous perinatal care is an important step toward assuring that you and your infant will be healthy throughout the pregnancy and delivery.

Talk to a Community Health Worker who understands your concerns, she will guide you through every stage of pregnancy and see you up to one year after baby is born. Your Community Health Worker will lend support in your journey, and help you locate resources to meet your family’s needs.
